How do I make my arms smaller without lifting weights?
dieting wont really help
itll only make you lose weight everywere (if done properly)
meaning your boobs will go as well
and youll only loose weight if you have any to loose to begin with
if you dont work the muscle, nothings going to happen to it
you dont even need weights
you just need anything that weight at least a killo
try using soup/spaghetti cans as an alternative to weights
or you could work out with a giant elastic band like thing
you can probably find those online
if you dont want to use weight to lift them, try holding 2lb weights and holding your arms straight out to the side, its called endurance, and it will strenghten your muscles without makign them larger, but it will make them leaner :P also when your arms are up like that you can make a small circular motion, and this will help. do it about 3-4 times a week
lifting weights would be good, if you do less weight and more reps. you don't want to use a lot of weight because then you would build instead of tone.
