How do I make exercising/dieting fun?

I always give up bc I get bored with it..UGHH its so hard and I hate looking the way I do.

Like ponypal said, swim! Also, biking, rollerblading, skateboarding, waterskiing, etc! Excercise CAN be fun! You just have to dump your previous thoughts of it! And remember, positive thinking can make everything better! (Even excercise:))

I found that swimming is perfect for me. I burn more calories swimming then doing anything else and I love the pool. When I am not swimming exercise is tourture so I got myself an I-pod and put only songs that have a kick butt beat on it that I love. Most of them have lyrics that empower you. I just have to remember not to sing out loud when infront of others.

Find a person who is willing to work out with you on a schedule possibly a close friend or relative
