Throwing up causes erosion of their teeth, due to stomach acid as well as a chemical imbalance that may affect organs - Healthy snacking works great !

Here are 22 portable and healthy snacks that make the list of dietitian’s favorites: Half a peanut butter sandwich on whole-wheat bread Low-sugar, whole-grain granola bars that have at least 3 grams of fiber Whole-grain crackers or whole-wheat tortilla with hummus or nut butter A handful of unsalted or lightly salted dry-roasted nuts Individual unsweetened applesauce with a few dry-roasted walnuts Small apple with 2 teaspoons peanut butter or 1 ounce low-fat cheese Ants on a log – celery with nut butter, topped with raisins or other dried fruit Half of a single-serving string cheese with a small piece of fruit or a few whole-grain crackers 4-ounces to 6-ounces of low-fat yogurt or yogurt treat High-fiber dry cereal with a few nuts or seeds and dried fruit (put this in a baggie for a make-your-own snack pack) Individual packs of carrots, celery sticks, or apple slices, with a protein source like a tablespoon of nuts, nut butter, or low-fat cheese Pretzels and low-fat cheese Whole-wheat cracker sandwiches made with natural nut butters 1 ounce of lean meat and a few whole-grain crackers 3 ounces low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese and a few whole-grain crackers 1 whole graham cracker and 1 teaspoon nut butter Raw vegetables with 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing 100-calorie pack of low-fat popcorn rich in whole grains and fiber Handful of tortilla chips and salsa 100-calorie ice cream treats “Skinny” latte (made with low-fat or skim milk) Small bowl of whole-grain cereal with skim milk or low-fat yogurt

Thats crazy talk - you want to lose weight theres only one way thats a controled diet along with exercise. Throwing up is only gonna lead to other problems and shame on your friend for saying that. Seriously why not just try tone up whatever area is bothering you? All the “celebrities” are size zeros for a reason, Its cause they over exercise and don’t eat half enough - ever wonder why Victoria Beckham always looks so miserable. Theres no quick fix way - try not eating white bread or pasts and no fizzy drinks. Should help you be feel less bloated

I recently lost wt in 2 months. I just stopped eating cookies, choclates, fried stuff, cokes . I did crunches everyday for abt 30 mins. eat salads , fruits 2-3 times a day. eat my last meal 2-3 hrs before I sleep. thats all I did and now I m 111 pounds at 5.4 ht and 2 months before I was 126 pounds

Answer #4

eat light dinners and exercise every day, even brisk walking for 45 mins burns calories and jogging is even better, and sit ups and lunges are good for toning muscle, if you just throw up your food then you will never be able to keep the weight off unless you throw up your food for the rest of your life witch causes a lot of health problems.

Answer #6

uhm, just to let you know, not eating, or eating little amounts, can actually make you look bigger. drink a glass of water before every meal, and, instead of breakfast, lunch, then dinner (3meals) make it more like 6 or 7, especially early in the day, because it speeds up your metabolism. but still only eat 3-4 BIG meals, and the other meals, make more like snacks
