How do I lose 7 pounds by November 18?

I know it’s not a lot. I know I’m skinny: I’m 5”2 and about 112 pounds. I just feel a bit unhealthy, and I thought that maybe if I lost a few pounds, I’d feel better.

your boobs are made of 80% fat. if u want to lose weight, be prepared to lose from there. and i think 112 pounds is quite a healthy weight. if u wanna feel healthy, exercise more and eat right.

if u are determined to lose weight, then its the same thing. exercise more and eat right. just exercise a bit more. to lose 7 pounds, exercise 3 times a week 40mins each time, and do some light weights about 20mins twice a week. building a little muscle increases metabolism as energy goes into repairing muscles.

stay off junk food. well, duh.

how old are you..im 13 im 5’2 and 110 punds..and my doctor says that that healthy..do you eat helthy and stuff??..that really all that matters…
