I'm 128 pounds, and 5"2. I know I'm at a healthy weight, but I'd kill to be at 110. I was that weight, literally, less than 2 months ago. I'm such a pig!
I eat 3000-4000 calories a day. I've tried drinking a lot, I've tried staying out of the kitchen, I've tried picking up a hobby... BUT NOTHING WORKS!!!
I'm a vegan, so I cant eat chicken, gelatin, or anything else with animals or animal products in it. :(
Help!
Try checking out the Macrobiotic Diet. My mother and I both went on that for a month, and not only did it start working in a week, but it actually made me feel a lot healthier. The Macrobiotic diet is the ideal diet for vegans. The main dishes are brown rice and greens. This diet helps regulate your weight; it will bring you to your ideal body weight in about a month.
Just keep in mind that with any diet, you must remain strict with yourself. So if you must hide all the processed food, or throw it away, do so! Nobody should be eating it anyway. It's terrible for the body.
Feel free to funmail me about anything. I'm here if you need me. I'm a diet expert.

Actually it is your choice to be a vegan. So technically you can eat anything you want, you just choose not to. I'm not trying to be a smart-arse. I do support your veganism though.
Most people who go on a low-fat vegan diet loose weight easily. The first thing to try would be to avoid fatty foods. If you still aren't loosing weight than you can eat more calorie sparse foods like vegetables and less carbs.
Dr. John McDougall writes a number of books that deal with loosing weight on such diets. His regular plan suggests a low-fat pure vegetarain diet. His maximum weight loss plan eliminates flour and limits other carbs.
Omg filletofspam!!! I say that to people all the time! I can eat whatever I please, I just choose not to lol Fight the power??? I dont know lol
