How do I get my parents to agree to let me move out of home?

I am 15 almost 16. My parents have physically abused me in the past. I have found a apartment I want 2 move into. I have looked into government funding. It is leagal for me to move out but as crazy as it is I dont want to hurt my parents cause I still love them. How do I get the to agree that me moving out is for the best? We spend the whole time im home fighting and I get anxious and stressed just walking in my front door. Help please

Well first of all if you plan to live on your own at this age (I’m your age) its very hard, my friend didnt last 2 weeks, live with another family member or with a close friend and go to court! if you have evidence that you parents abused you then go for it! it’s illigal I think all states, no one should have to go through that, take a stand

I dont think also best to do is to call childrens help link in canda if usa google it and go to a shelter

it is leagal fo rme to move out. and the government woll fund me but I need my parents to admit that me living with them is unstable. thats the problem I dont think they will

at your age, I doubt they’d let you move out, infact, they could get the police involved to stop you. But if you really feel the need to get away from them you could move into a youth hostel, or get intouch with shelter - they can help you find free accomidation, and you’ll be taken care of by advisors etc..
