How do I get my boyfriend to trust me again?

Ok so me and my boyfriend broke up today because of sumthin stupid I did I wrote on my a social site status that I hate it when other people still someone you like and told this other guy that I loved him which is considered cheatin and im so lucky because I managed to get him to take me back but he doesnt trust me at all how because I prove to him that what I say is true and that I really love him because I messed up

Perhaps as a sign of good faith you should delete your social networking website profile. Why though, did you tell another guy you love him?

It was like friend love and I cant delete my other social site because it got hacked
