How do I get him to change his mind?

So I really like this guy and he says he likes me but he doesnt want to go out with me because he doesnt want a relationship during the summer and because im his sisters friend. We’ve already done second and he wants to go to third but I dont think we should unless we are going out. I am really confused on if I should still like him or move on but right now I just want him to change his mind and ask me out. Any suggestions on what I should do?

welll, my best friend is going throught this same situation, and it was really bothering her so she decided to just date someone else. in her case, that was a mistake. it really hurt the guy that liked her in the first place (the one that didn’t want a relationship over the summer). but lots of guys don’t like “summer loves” just because it is harder to be near each other a lot of times whether it seems like it or not. if I was in your shoes, I would just wait out the summer and be there for him when school starts. of course make sure you guys get to hang out together and everything over the summer because if you don’t, it is very possible that you will lose the feelings that you both share.
