How do I gain wight?

I look really annerexic and it doesn’t look good. How do I gain wight but not get too fat?

Protein - it’s how you gain muscle weight. You need to up your calorie intake, but with good fats - not bad ones

I have a friend that has that problem too. She is trying to eat a little food every hour for I don’t know how long. I think that you would gain more wight if the food was unhealthy but by eating bigger portions of healthy food would work too.

go to a local vitamin store. is VitaminShoppe close by? purhase a brand called: Twin Labs “Weight Gainer” its packed full of carbs, that will make you gain weight more than anything. it comes in 5 lb. or if you have a blender at home: put some whole milk in it, ice cream, yogurt, peanut butter, egg whites…blend! it will bulk you up!
