how do I deal with been Scared Ill get baby blues :S x?

Im just about 20 weeks now and with stresses at work and family im feeling down a lot of the time at the moment and every so often I blame it on the baby and I wouldnt feel like it if I wasnt pregnant, then I get even more upsed because how could I possibly feel that?? I love my baby to bits and he isnt born yet but im so worried that ill be down when he is born and reject him. I hope to god I don’t! anyone else feel like it at all?

I totally see where youare coming from I am 6 week pregnant and I am terrified of that. Im just hoping I will be one of those parent that falls in love with my baby when it is set on my stomach but as of now I have been going through a terrible emotional rollercoaster. I am 22 and scared. Good luck to you though I am sure you will be fine. But you arent the only one.

knowing that your 18, you still a teen and teens go through a lot. high school and all. you ain’t the only one feeling down all the time. You deal with work, maybe school. and family could be kinda harsh as well. You think about all the possibilities of having or not having this baby, but everything is thought about. HANG IN THERE!

im in england :) been working since I was 16. but im a sales manager now and the boss is getting rather pathetic :/ and I sold up and moved back with my mum before I found out so now im having to get my own place again - so much hassle lol x

stress can kill the baby so you really need to try not to be stressed while your pregnant its unlikley that youll reject your baby once its born usually when people give birth, even if they didnt want to, the first time they see there baby they fall in love with it focus on doing things that relax you stay away from stressfull situations have a relaxing candle-lit bath any time you feel stressed and just chill out, have time to think, rest,read, ect
