How do I be more aggresive at volleyball?
Today I had a vb game, & it was against the best team. It was a BIG game. I didn’t get to play. At all. Didn’t even step foot on the court. Its my fault though. My coach told me I’m not aggresive enough, nor do I have the strength. I KNOW I have enough strength, its just that I’m not aggressive up at the net. How do I become more aggresive to be able to play?
aggresiveness is very important as timing & position!!
its not all about agressiveness… timing and positioning are crucial…
where are you hitting the ball to? Is it better at any given moment to spike the ball over the net, lob it into the far corner, or tap it to you own team mate.
