Out of shape for volleyball season

Im so out of shape for volleyball season. My first practice starts august 17th I know I started thinking about this a little late, but what are some excercises that I could do to get me ready for the season?

jog at least a little, do sit-ups or crunches, push ups. but best is jogging and then sprinting in little spurts, it raises endurance and is super easy
