How to get my metabolism back to normal?

Im 17 and a couple of years ago I developed an eating disorder by cutting my calorie intake majorly and only eating dinner. I went from being 126lb to 100lb. Thankfully I’ve put on weight and am now 110lb but I am surviving on only 300 calories a day as I have slowed down my metabolism majorly. I find this very frustrating as I do not want to put on any weight yet I am struggling in only having 300 calories.

Is there any way I can speed up my metabolism again without putting on all the weight I lost?

What you need to do is gradually increase what you eat. You need to start by only doing liquids. There are Naked juices that are raly healthy. They have a lot of good things for your body and are filling, but only 120 calories. Also, Campbell’s chicken noodle soup at hand is 70 calories. Start with liquids like this for about two weeks. You will also need to start working out, so you can work off the calories you intake. The next week start eating small every other day.. on the off days you will still do the liquids. Also, really watch what you eat… if you are going to eat, eat something that has no sugar in it… something that will not put on fat… this is when you gain muscle. Also, you will need to work out as much as you eat. Keep going in this sort of habit and gradually add more eating days to your week and keep working out! you will not be able to fix your metabolism wiht out working out. You stomach isn’t used to letting go of those calories, so you will need to force your body to not hold on to the food by working out. **Also, try not to weigh yourself. Use the mirror as your guide to tell you if you look fat or not becuase working out will most likely cause you to gain weight, but not look fat. good luck!

Well, you can’t order a Whopper at MacDonald’s, as that’s a Burger King sandwich, and that idea is bad anyway.

What you SHOULD do is eat 5-6 small and healthy meals daily. Never skip breakfast.
