How do felons in state of georgia get gun license?

How do I get my gun rights, voting rights , in georgia after a felony of possesion with intent to distribute? This was in 1989 I served 16 months this was 20 years ago

You don’t need a license to possess a gun in Georgia, but it can’t be a concealed weapon…you do, however, have to be granted a pardon.
