If so then please tell me the steps and do you mix it with some kind of conditioner if so then please give me some advice because I need some protein and stuff!
Eggs especially are rich in Vitamins. they contain vitamin A, D, K,, E,, vitamin B6,, B12, ( these are just a few of the many vitamins found in the egg)
More importantly the vitamins inside the egg that work towards healthy hair are B6, B12, E, A,
Both vitamin B6 and B12 prevent hair loss.
vitamin E helps aiding in scalp circulation (blood circulating the scalp which is another big cause of hair loss)
Vitamin A, is an antioxidant, aiding in the help of maintaining a healthy scalp and sebum, the sebum is the oily secretion of the sebaceous glands.
Also the avocado I happen to know has vitamn C is found inside the avocado which aids in mantaining your hair healthy so all in all both of these are good things to eat to get healthy strong hair.
not exactly sure why but it works and all you do is get like 1 or 2 eggs break it open mix the egg yolk in a bowl and you can mix some beer in it. my x's parents did this for me once and it works. and I think you only put about a half a can of beer in with the eggs. and let it set in your hair for about 15 mins then rinse. also you can try mayo alone (not with the egg and beer but by itself) good luck.
I never tried of using eggs and avocado, but I've heard that it really works! @bones86 thanks for that tips, That is really useful! I'll gonna try that one! :-)
