How do you know the right food to eat? People tell you to eat less but what do you eat less of ?? And how do you know what you suppose to eat at school? They dont tell you anything? I still aint lost no weight . So wats up wit this I was in volleyball an tennis but I aint lose a pound. Then it gets harder because there is no one to help you
