How d you catch suicune in fire red?
If you want a suiccune, your starter pokemon must be of the opposite element of the legendary dog you want. If you want Raikou, whicch is a fire type, choose Squirtle as your starter pokemon. If you want Entei, choose Bulbasaur as your starter. And if you want Suicune, start with a Charmander. After you defeat the elite four, just look around in the grass. It's extremely hard to find one, as it is very rare to find it while looking for it. It appears randomly, anywhere in the grass. Once you find it, it will run away after you make one move. The only way to catch it would be to throw a master ball at it, or use a pokemon whose special ability prevents Suicune from escaping. Get its hp down to 1 or 2, put it to sleep, or paralyze it, and throw Timer or Ultra balls. Don't even think of Pokeballs or Greatballs. If you can't find it, just have fun in the game, go to different places, but go into as many grassy areas as possible and be prepared; keep your strongest pokemon who can prevent Suicune from escaping at the front, and always have loads of Ultraballs and Timerballs, and keep your Masterball with you as well.
A good choice for battling Suicune would be a strong Golbat who knows mean look and some powerful attacks. Use mean look first, to stop the pokemon from escaping then use strong attacks to get its hp down. If you can't catch it, check Suicune's location on the Pokedex and chase it. It's location will keep changing, but don't give up and keep looking for it. Try going to the area from different directions and look in the grass all the time. The easiest way, of course is to just throw a masterball at it once you find it. Hope this has helped you, at least this is how I caught my Suicune.
in order to get suicune you need to have started out with charmander. see:
charmander = suicune bulbasur = entei squirtle = raikou
then in order to get them you need to have defeated the Elite 4, gotten the national pokedex and have returned the ruby and sapphire to celio.
national pokedex = defeat elite 4 and capture 60 different pokemon species. then talk to professor oak and he will give you it.
ruby and sapphire = after getting the national pokedex you go to 1 island and talk to celio.
ruby = go to mt. ember and defeat the two rocket grunts, go in the cave and you find it. (the rocket grunts give you 1 of the 2 passwords needed to get inside the rocket warehouse)
sapphire = after getting the ruby you give it to celio and then he gives you a rainbow pass so you can go to the sevii islands. then you go to icefall cave in 4 island and help lorelei defeat the rocket grunts. after that you go to six island and go to the dotted hole (its on you map) and use cut. go through it and when you find the sapphire a scientist will take it and give you the second password to the warehouse on 5 island. so you go there and make your way threw it, then battle the scientist and after you defeat him he gives you the sapphire. go and give it to celio and then he links the machine so you can trade with other games (ruby, sapphire, emrald, etc.)
1 of the 3 dogs = you buy a lot of maw repels and get a guy that is level 40 and the place I would go is route 11, search there for a bit and you will find him.
