Why are there only 3 butterscotch chocolates in Cadbury's?

how come in the special veriety pack by cadbury’s there are only 3 butterscotch chocolates?? and then there are 10 truffels and 6 praline?? it is really annoyin beacuse they are my fave ones!!! does anyone know why?
