How cn I loose weight without pills?

Well im 14 and im like 180 and I wanna loose lik3 30 or 40 pounds in 3 months got any advise

As wonderful and diets may seem, as much as people think they are great they actually dont help all that much and make you lose too much in little time so you may lose it, but you’ll gain it back. A good way is to go slowly, exercise about 30-60 minutes every day and dont cut any of your favorite foods out of your diet to make you lose weight, just limit the amount you eat, say you eat 10 oreos a day, then just cut it too 5 oreos a day. Drinking more water before meals helps too because water makes you feel fuller and you’ll eat less at meal times, and only eat when your hungry. Snacking through out the day will help too, but healthy snacks like raw vegies and fruit.
