how change orange hair to blond hair?

I had dye my hair black then I used color remover and it turn out yellow roots and the rest of my hair orange then I went to the salon dyed brown and got highlights but the top of the hightlights were lighter and the bottom darker , but then I wanted go blond so I bleached my hair myselft and turn out blond at the top and orange at the bottom so then I apply a brown hair color to fix it and it look even but then the next time I apply an ash blond and the top were it used to be blond because of the hair remover and bleach turn out a little lighter than the rest of the hair so the bottom is more redish orange and the top is less reddish orange so now I want to bleach it again because I want to go blond so I was thinking in bleach first all the darkest part of my hair wich is the boottom and then wait until go to the lightes that can go and then apply bleach to the top of my hair but I will start at the back then all the way to the top so I can control the bleach and try to rinse the hair when it looks even and then wash it and apply ash blond, what do you think, helppp pleaseee and my natural hair color is black.

GO TO A SALON! its the best way to prevent your hair from the most damage. They just have better products that save your hair. I know it can be expensive, but it’s worth saving your hair for it.

Hmm. I had the same problem recently. I wanted to go from black/darkest brown to a pretty blonde. But I really didnt think I could do this myself. I went in a salon. Big mistake. They ruined my hair, turned my roots bright bright yellow and my hair was orange. they completely rushed. I decided , I can do this myself. I got about 3 boxes of dye. 3 born blonde dyes, and an ash blonde dye. My advice is, no born blonde, light blonde dye will help your problem. it only made my hair BRIGHT yellow. Oh believe me, I cried and cried when this happend. Then my mom bought an ash dye, hoping to go to a light brown. Actually it made my hair an okay shade of blonde. not the color I wanted, but there wasnt much orange left. and im guessing im going to have to continue to wait for my hair to get heathly again before I can go lighter.

Kolideocolors is the best thing to use. I have went from black to blonde plenty of times, you can find it at Sallys. Its really good, and cheep. Make sure you read the back of it and figure out what stuff to use to mix it with. :]

  • Hopefully this helps.

well im a licensed cosmetologist and unless you want your hair very very damaged then you shouldnt be bleaching it again but if you insist you would need a toner because the only way to make it even is if you put the toner on the darker parts so it can all blend in. if you do bleach it again I suggest that you get a protein keratin reconstructer so it can get healthy again. hope I helped =]
