Some ways to attain a healthy weight are to eat healthy and drink alot of water during the day. If you have time try going out for a jog every day or at least four times a week for about thirty minutes. You should at least do some kind of excercise for thirty minutes each day. Also, its important to eat breakfast and get a good amount of sleep so your not tired. If you don't eat breakfast your actually slowing down your metabolism which is will in turn make you gain weight and then it will be harder to lose it as well. Good Luck!
