How can I try 2 stop smokeing?

I need to stop smokeing and I want to stop soon and I need 2 before my parents find out.

Suck it up and quit. Don’t kid yourself, your parents will definitely find out. The smell is strong and unmistakable. I smoked for 14 years and recently quit. Sugarfree gum was a good crutch. You just have to get your mind right and quit.

dont buy them! when someone around you is smoking stay away and dont look a fag craving lasts up to 5mins at a time so juus put your mind away from it 4those few and youll be phone

I know there are these one cigs that people smoke that help you quit smoking but you have to ask your doctor. it’s easier said then done, but just make up something like every cig you have, you have to do 30 situps or no going on the comp. or somthing like that but you have to have to stick to it. you can also just completely smoosh them not buy them and say no

Well hun thats a hard thing todo umm well maybe just dont buy any more cigarrates or any other drug an every drug you have throw it away like in someone elses trash cans or something its hard to quit smoking so good luck

Dont have anymore cigs.. if your friends/boyfriend/girlfriend offer you a cig say no thankyou. if there is people smoking walk abit awayy… dont smoke its bad for you and it ruins your life plus if your mum finds out wont she be mad?x thankyouux
