How can I stop thinking about death?

I can’t stop feeling hopeless. I don’t want to work, go out, or do anything. I just feel like I f*cked up everything in my life and I continue doing so. I want to be happy.. I want to be in a good relationship and have a good job and not worry about everything. What should I do? I’m so sick of this.. My doctor even gave me ‘Zoloft’ for depression and stress but it doesn’t work.

if you can’t stop thinking aout death maybe its a sign from God saying “hey this is your wake up call!! Get with the program and make sure your ready for when I come get ya”

I sometimes feel that way myself. But try to look at the positive sides to each and every situation that you come across in your life. Don’t let nothing get you down. I’m sure there is a unique and positive way to your problem. Don’t stress over the little things in life. You don’t need to put yourself down like that. It only will make things worse in the long run.

Look everyone feels like that at some point in there life . . Just pull yourself together and remember that tomorrow is a new day . . You can change whatever you want about your life as long as you try and don’t give up ,, your in control of everthing that happens to you in some way . . just forget about things that make you upset and move on x

I had/have the same thing. Constantly standing still to think about death, how when where. Now what I would suggest doing is keeping yourself busy. Give your life meaning and try to fill it with as much feeling as possible. And I don’t just mean happy feelings. Take up a new eduation, live towards something, go backpacking through europe or work out to get that size you always wanted to be. Make something of your life and get out and get living. Death is real and it wont go away because we ignore it, but living everyday like it could happen should be a motivation. Live like you could die tomorrow and live your life to the fullest. Get living!

Aw don’t worry, everything will be alright! You could try seeing a conselor, sometimes talking to someone is the best way to sort through your thoughts and figure everything out. Also sometimes feelings like that are caused by things in your body like chemical imbalances or heavy metals, and don’t worry that can be healed. You could try naturopathic detoxing, when I was little I had heavy metal poisoning and I saw a naturopathic doctor who really helped me.
