I've tried disk clean-up, defragmenting, even downloading a security. But it's still slow, I CAN'T even log on to the internet. I have a Cricket Broadband, it shows as being connected but when I try to access the internet, it won't run, after like 20 seconds it just closes out from me. Now it just won't come up at all! It asks for a code but won't let me type anything into the screen, tried high-lighting it, right clicking it, double-clicking it, nothing! What should I do??
Have you been watching too many videos? If so then maybe your running out of quota.
