How can I make my makeup look all smooth like some girls have it?

u know like sum girls wear makeup an dit looks really smooth I try it and even get the expensive one an dit looks like im not even wearing make up!

you need a primer else make up sinks into the skin! I am a qualified m.u.a and GOSH! do a amazing primer that I always recomend hope that helps x

hii.. I am a make up artist for Illamasqua .. you never want to look like you have foundation on .. that is the first rule .. you want to make it blend … . however .. if you are going for the doll face like I do .. it works best with very fair skin tones.. the doll face is created to make the face look light and flawless.. but still it needs to be blended into the neck line ..

some tips to make your face look smooth .. .. exfoliation is the key.. it removes dry skin cells.. otherwise the foundation will bring immediate attention to dry areas and blemish prone skin .. next buff the foundation in with the correct brush .. Illamasqua blending brush 2 works wonderful for this .. if you want to sheer the foundation down and make it look more natural.. then get a wet sponge .. (Illamasqua also do sponges very cheaply) and pat all over face, then going over with the blender brush .. Blending and buffing is the key to a smooth finish .. you don’t want it looking all cakey ..
