If you are anemic, you will bruise easier. Take an iron suppliment and see if that helps. Otherwise, wear long pants and get a tan.

what is anemic ?

Answer #4

Anemic means you have less iron in your blood than you need. It is really common. One of the side effects of anemia is that you bruise very easily.

I’m anemic , haha . but when I have bruises on my legs and if im wearing a skirt , it looks so unattractive. so I use foundation :)

Answer #6

go to your pharmisict there are many creams you can buy that will make bruising go away not imediantly but if you put it on there quick, it will stop the bruising colouration so it wont be as noticable and will go away quicker

What takes the bruising away is stuff called “Arnica” they sell it at mexican grocery stores or at the swapmeet. it works very good. Takes the bruising away in as little as 3 or 4 days. Its also perfect for kids if they fall and get a little bump on there forhead for example. you just rub some Arnica on the bump and the next day it will be gone. Arnica comes in a little container the size that VICKS comes in. its like Vaceline kind of. and really cheap only like $5 I think.
