How can I lose weight I really hate myself how can I change?

Im 14 years old 5feet 4 inches I weigh about 156-166 I want to loose weight fast I have a 8th grade prom at the end of the year I look horible in a dress and all most of my friends are thin I feel like a outsider! I have 3 sisters ther all thin1 of my older sister is always introducing me as her little big sister because im younger then her but ikm fat! And my dad is always saying that im ugly and he cant belive he had me…and how fat I am…I’ve benn fat since I was klittle in kindergarten through 3rd grade I lived in chicago and I always used to get picked on for being the fat 1…then atleast I got to move to florida where no one messes with me because im fat..I just really want to lose weight im tired of being fat not being able to wear certin cloths or I cant cant go to the beach because all the swim suits are bikinis and if there ones that cover your stomich they look like there ment for wayy older peoplei just hate how I look and im tired of it I want to change!!!so can someone tell me a good way to loose weight please!

look on what you eat… start running as well should help a lot

Put down the fork. Just kidding. Get yourself into a routine of exercise. Like jogging everyother day for half an hour and watch what you eat. Don’t exceed more than 2,000 calories a day.

Eat 6 times a day small portions and exterice alest for 2 hours a day 5 days a week. Dont give up hope! you are the only one that can control you mind and tell your body what to do.

Go to the website Fit day and sign up for a free account. Type in what you eat each day and how many calories and your goal weight. It’s a really good website. It tells you what exercise burns so many calories. I’m 5”9 and a size 1 so it has obviously worked for me I work out 2-4 hours everyday Also if you are in a intense sport that you do everyday, then really you can eat whatever really, since you are burning so many calories. Also helps if you have moral support.

basically dont start eating really little because your body will say “owh shes not feeding me now I better store it has energy (fat) for later”… :P just eat healthier, more veggies and fruit instead of sweets, crisps and ice cream. Ofc you can have something sweet once in a while like a treat but not all the time :D

Also start to exercise a few minutes a day :) or find a sport you like and start it :P if you need motivation get a friend to join u, that way it will be more fun :D
