How can I lose weight fast

Im trying to lose between 20 and 30lbs. By the end of july. We gota fun vacation planed and my goal is to look good in a bikini. I wanna know what exactly should I ate and what excercises at the gym should I do. I just joined the gym but im not sure what exact;y should I be doing. And I dont know what should be eating. Please help!!!

have a diet like: breakfast: 2 bananas Lunch: cheese sandwich Dinner: pasta salad and 12 glasses of water it worked for me

Im not a PT, im only a fitness instuctor but heres my advice. Eat your meals at set times and try to avoid snackng throughout the day. Be sensible dont eat too muuch junk food, (look up “PJ” the fitness instructor from australia and you’ll see). Now for the part I know about.Working out.

Ask a Instructor at the gym for help, “ we’re always willing to help pretty girls). If you’re looking to lose weight and tone up plan a prgramme that will consist of Cardiovascular exercises and weights ( Fixed and free). When choosing your CV machines know that each one will benefit you ina different way. e.g Cross Trainer will not only improve you cv fitness but will tone your legs. These are the ones I recommend: Treadmill Cross Trainer Rower Stepper *Bike (Warm up and cool down on as its low impact)

Weights Remember free weights are always a progression of fixed weights.So start with fixed. I recommend breaking up your wokout so you work different body areas each session.e.g Day 1- Legs Day 2-Upper body Day -Core and CV etc

When using weights, use these rules: Low weight, high reps for toning High weights, low reps for muscle building.

Finally try not to monitor your weight using scales, if you can get hold of a body fat monitor this would be better. How much body fat on you is much more important than how heavy you are. Oh and learn your stretches- will help you avoid injury and strtching the muscle fibres will aid the toniong/building process.

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

a real fast way…the way MMA fighters use? go buy at a grogcery store: Arrowhead Distilled water. go hot soak in the bathtub, as hot as possible, and drink that water as you sweat in the tub… I lost 35 lbs in less than 2 months only doing that. no pills, no major change in my diet. hot soak every night for 30+ min…
