Hi, My name is Felicia I am in need of Losing weight badlybI weight right now about 170 and I'm trying to lose about 20 to 30 pounds fast. How Can I do that I'm also just 15 years old and I have dreams of becoming a Professional Singer oneday and today in the music bussiness you have to have a certain image. What should I do and How can I and I can't do anything in school to lose weight because I'm homeschooled also, and I also have dreams of meeting chris brown is their anyway you can tell me how I can meet him and ask him some music questions?
You can't loose all that weight in a snap doesn't work that way but you should know this: -crash diets NEVER WORK so don't be going starving yourself becuase once you eat even a little cracker your body will keep most of the cracker becuase it's lacking nutrition and thus you gain more weight -try exercising ex. running but breathe deeply in and out while you run yoga, pilaties, all those fancy stuff -If you can't stand just exercising like that join a kick boxing, dancing, gynamstic class(you won't notice yourself loosing weight ;D)
Diet is important too... eat some bran food enough to get you energy but not too much becuase it's loaded with carbs...lean more on the veggie/fruit and meat side. Before meals you can drink water to make sure you don't eat too much...but don't load yourself on one big meal 3x a deal take small snacks of fruits and veggies.
Remember loosing weight takes time so you'll ahve to be patient =)
