I am 13 years old and I weigh 144 pounds. I am extreemly over weight. In 2 weeks i am going to a new school. and i do not want to be the fat girl anymore! i have had it with people pretending to puke when they see me in a bikini. I have had it with always getting turned down with the guys i like. I have had it with nothing ever fitting me when i go shopping! and i need to lose the weight and fast 2.. I WILL DO WATEVER IT TAKES!! PLEASE HELP!!!
Try the Military Diet. It worked for me and it's only 3 days long. I'm not gonna give you the "eat more veggies and less sugar" talk, I'm gonna give you straight up advice. DONT TRY WATER FASTING!
It's not healthy!! Instead, have one cheat day a week (2 cheat days) the other days, (when your not doing a diet) walk for 15 minutes. AND reduce calories:
Ex. Normal:2500 In the 2 weeks:2000
Normal:2000 In the 2 weeks:1500
Limit yourself to one fast food meal a week (unless it's nessesary to eat it).
LAST TIP; Go shopping!!;)
Go shopping with your friends and pick out clothes 2-4 sizes smaller than usual (before starting the two weeks) Just imagine how great your gonna look when your done:(

Well what i can tell you is this... Im 13 years old and i agree with taraxxx because that is the way that im lossing weight. For example on thrusday i weight 141 pounds and now i weight 136 only eating vegetables and fruits i mean i lose (6 pounds) in 3 days like this; breakfast (apple), lunch (3 strawberrys), dinner( salad), 5:30 pm (3 strawberrys) and thats it. Remember dont eat after 6:00 pm nothing the word NOTHING and before that whenever you feel hungry drink water or go to sleep. Also sleep early so you wont feel hungry. Also im going to fast for 3 days starting tomorrow ( only drinking water) so my stomach can get to not eating at all. Soo if you are going to do this do it 3 or 2 months. Also drink vitamins pills (since they dont have calories). Lastly dont do excersises like crazy only dance for 2 hours a day, that will do. Sooo wish good luck.
I am glad that you are interested to lose weight but what you are looking for will only make you weak and not effective in school.
Set your sights on Christmas time. If you change the way you are eating now, drink more water, walk more, then by Christmas, you may be a size smaller and feel better.

i think that there is no point in even thinking about it becaus i am 13 and i used to wiegh 101 pounds that was about 4 1/2 weeks ago then i found out about the cabbage soup diet i tried that but it dosent work !!! so i then thaught of my own diet - EAT NOTHING BUT FRUIT AND VEGITABLES AND PASTA e.t.c - i lost 43 pounds so now i weigh what ; 59 pounds so im not the fat kid im the thin kid lol ! but my honest advise is don't let the thin kids bully you into being thin let your body get thin when its ready not when the popular ones click there fingers! x
Oh my god.I hate how people are saying how its immosible to lose the wieght.I mean someone said 5lbs a month!!!!I lost 20 lbs in two weeks.But it depends on how heavy you are.If you weigh more then it will be faster because your just getting rid of 100% fat.If your just a little chubby it will be harder because your fat is mixed with bones and it will take a longer time. Eat heathly,exercise,drink water, and you should be good.
First off all get the 40lbs in 2 weeks out of your head. It's not a practical weight loss plan.
Try something like 6 weeks. That's do-able.
You have to diet right and exercise. Since you are only 13 i would advise you to see a doctor about a weight loss plan.
There is no possible way to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks without liposuction. Your going to have to work your butt off to be able to lose any weight at all. Go to your doctor and ask what foods would be best for you to eat so you can lose more weight.
I have that same problem im 12 and i weigh 118 the thing i suggest is excersizing daily and eating healthy and it will help if u drink 0-1 sodas a day i did that and i have lost 5 pounds n 2 weeks. GOOD LUCK!!!
you need a diet plan given to you by a doctor.
try to get fit and build up some stamina then get into a sport.
the weight should come off and if i doesnt at least people will know you're not lazy or w/e.

No way to do that and remain healthy,5 Lb. per month is the most you can lose with a healthy diet.
