I am 5"0 tall I weight 150. And I am trying to loose weight at work our boss is doing a competition to see who is the bigget looser so I only have till april 1st to loose weight I would love to win but I am also doing it for myself so I can feel better in what I wear and so that my friends and family can stop nagging me and telling me that I am to fat any help will be appreciated thanx
When I get into those 'strict diets'- I do not have rice and no pasta. Have only wheat bread but small portions. Have salads few times a week. Dont eat anything fried, like fries, hamburgers, fast food basically. So when cutting down all these foods- carbs and fiber are needed- so I have a lot of fruits and nuts. With this- an active lifestyle will help- so, working out for few hours a week with a friend (to get encouraged) is a helpful compliment to the diet. Now- if you are CONSISTENT- you might have many chances of winning!
how much are you looking to loose, you don't want to go below your BMI. I am 4'11 and I weigh 115 pounds, I want to lose 5 lbs. You should try to do it gradually like 2 lbs a week or every other week. Good luck!
I hear exercising first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is more effective. Cut your food portion in half and have a low carb meal. Main thing is not to starve yourself.
Hi, according to your BMI you need to drop about 20lbs for your height to get into your target weight range.
