How can I loose weight by giving up the food I love?

I have horrible will power. I`m not fat, but I have a bit of a chubby tummy. I want to be thinner by summer for swimming. But I have sunch ahorrble time eating the right stuff. I hate fruit!!! I dont know why, but I do. I have an obsession with chips and salsa but I just cant give it up. I cant give anything up. any advice will due. thx

itz really important for yu to give up all the junk food some how. iwas chubby too some time back due to eating sweets chips etc . but I on purpose started dieting reduced eating slowly ( chips and bloody junkys lol) dn I got used to stop eating em . I lost 10 pounds after dn I went to the gym to main my weight and of course my figure. itz not hard as fr as you stop eating junk some how. start from today itself … hope I helped ya

Tostitos and salsa are actually a good snack to eat in moderation. try doing body weight exercises such as sit ups push ups leg lifts and lean on a wall like you are sitting in a chair and hold the position for 90 sec or as long as you can. You won’t get bulky you get tone and when you add muscle it burns fat even while you rest. do these exercises 3-4 times a week and you should see results in the first 2-3 weeks. also try to eat smaller meals every 3 hours that way your metabolism speeds up and make sure you eat breakfast.
