How to lose weight if I love food?

I’m on the chunky side. I want to loose weight and become skinnier before summer, so I have like 6 months. but the thing is I hate exercising. so what would be the best way to loose weigh in the next six months before the summer gets here. the only thing is, is that I’m absessed with food. I eat it when I’m bored or sad, or any other problem. so how can I stop eating junk food and drinking pop. I just want to get skinning before summer gets here. I would only apprechiate the answers that would be helpful but anything would be apprechiated.

Dear, crazysoutherngirl9992,

Ever since I was on funadvice, a lot of ladies have been talking about losing weight and not eating well, and over eating and this and that. Let me tell you one thing. If you really want to lose weight, you really want this. It’s something thats on your mind 24/7, just like me. You can’t always think about it, because it’s a thinking matter. If you always think about it, It’s not going to happen, in other words low %. For example, when ladies want to get pregnant, the teenage girls have sx just for pleasure and BAM! You have your self a child, nor like other people who have sx but for having a child, it doesn’t really happen as much. So my advice to you is, eat as little as you can, a hint; eat more in the morning, ( during the day you will burn it all ), so eat as little as you can and EXSERICE!! That’s the main thing. You have to! If you don’t your going to get your self no where! I’ve been there. I would exserice and exserice and see NO difference. Then I looked back my photo’s and I LOST weight! Even my friends noticed it! So if I can do it you can do it! Trust me, I wouldn’t be wasting my time writing all this for nothing:)

lower your calorie intake and watch what you eat

Something that helps me is take a piece of paper..and eat like you regularly would just like everyday. Write down what you eat..The next day just try to cut down little by little. And maybe insted of driving your car when you go to get your mail(if you have one) Walk there :) This can help a lot.

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty foods and carbohydrates. Drink lots of water for this will clean up your system. Even if you eat a lot watch out the calories on the food you eat. Drink fruit juices instead of soda.
