doing the whole apple a day thing & not eating after 4.30 but is there anything else? oh also when i purge i'm really noisey...how can i hide the fact i'm purging? cheers :) x x x
Do you know that by intentionally purging you are causing great damage to your body? I don't know if you are sticking your fingers down your throat or taking medicine in order to make yourself vomit, but in any case, the repetitive acid is damaging. Such as an imbalance in electrolytes; inflammation of the esophagus, salivary glands, and jaw; problems with teeth, gums, and lips; chronic irregular bowel movements due to abusive laxatives (if you are using them). Don't forget as well, you are depleting yourself of valued nutrients such as potassium and you are also dehydrating yourself. The loss of potassium and other minerals from bulimia can lead to heart problems, and even death.
you know thta purging and eating less may seem cool but u know ur hurting ur bodyto much. i mean even ifu are loosing weight this way uare also loosing muscle. the best way to do if u are going to keep this up is eat a good breakfast and work out after every meal. doing some excercise helps out. most ppl try to loose weight because of their stomach so i u dont want to tone ur arms them maybe doing some abdominal excercise like sit up and stuff like that...but purging..thats asking to mch. and eating right also helps. not just an apple a day.
