How can I look girly and lose weight fast?

ok im 13 and I want to loose weight and look girly fast.. before 2010… someone please help..

-buy some bracelets, earrings, and especially plenty of necklaces -spray vanilla perfume on your body and/or clothes

as for your weight…

  • curl ups
  • push ups
  • basically go to the gym and run for 5 minutes each day or whatever -jumping jacks

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you most likley do NOT need to loose any weight

Hi hun, you’re only 13, I’m sure you don’t need to lose that much weight fast! However, you can start by drinking more water and cutting back on soft drinks and eating lots of fruit and veg! Try power walking for exercise, go early in the morning before it gets hot (wait depends which country you’re in lol!! It’s summer in Australia!!) and just start with some aerobic type exercise like leg lifts, lunges, etc and maybe some 1-2kg weights to tone your arms etc. Because you’re so young I don’t think it’s a good idea for you to do any detox’s etc, they might be more harmful in the long run. Now for looking girly, the girliest colour is pink! So buy yourself a cute pink outfit (maybe a cute pink tee with a nice skirt or jeans with shoes matching the tee colour) with some cute accessories and maybe get a new hair cut with an ultra feminine fringe (bangs if you’re American) If you’re wearing makeup, try matching it up with a bit of pink eye shadow and lip gloss, not too much now! And maybe some blush for a bit of cheek definition. However as you’re so young sweety you don’t want to go too far with the makeup, you might get the opposite effect than what you’re after. . . Lastly some cute perfume, maybe Vera Wang Princess or Intimately Beckham is REAL girly. I’m sure you’ll look fab fab xxx good luck

try wearing your hair down a lot, get bangs, do the litle hair bump on top of your head lol those are always cute. paint your nails a flirty color like pink or even turquoise. wear a skirt once in awhile but not too often if this is a big transformation or something? tweeze the eyebrows if theyre thick now… I guess thats what I do to look girly. In school use a cute bag instead of a backpack maybe. hope that helps! and I guess eat healthy foods and small portions and work out but not too much! increase the amount gradually

Well, based on your pictures I really don’t think you need to lose weight. Your body is just fine. Sorry that doesn’t answer your question lol.

But anyways, the girly part… Maybe grow your hair out and cut your bangs. Either have your bangs to the side or just straight.

Buy some light colored clothes and a lot a pretty jewelry. No sweatpants/t-shirts/tennis shoes…ect. Don’t wear a ponytail often. :D
