How can I heal a sore on my face. It started out as a pimple?

It started as pimple but then grew into this yellow-ish thing on my nose. There keeps on coming yellow-fluids stuff out of the wound. It’s really disgusting.

If there’s yellow it’s pus and it’s infected. I’d try the neosporin/polysporin idea… if that doesn’t kill the infection then go see your doctor. Once it isn’t infected add vitamin E oil (or cream), to help heal the sore and to prevent scarring. All the best. :-)

Use some neosporin. Just a small amount. It should look better in the morning if you put it on right before you go to bed. When I have a pimple, I have a bad habit of picking at it and it gets to looking bad, but I can put on a small amount of neosporin right before I go to bed and it looks better in the morning.

try putting some rubbing alcohol on it with a q-tip it. all it does is kill the bacteria thats in it.

I would suggest going to a doctor, as the pimple it may be infected… go to a doctor and have it checked out straight away.
