How can I get them to leave?

My boyfriends uncle and cousin have been staying at our apartment for close to a month now…only being gone a few nights…I like them and all, but I really want my privacy back, and be able to spend time with my daughter and boyfriend alone. how can I nicely get them to go? I have told my boyfriend nurmerous times how I feel but he just tells me that they earn their keep here. I dont want to get in trouble for having them here either (I rent a apartment that goes by income) I have nicely hinted at wanting time alone, and they just joke at me and say to go upstairs then. HELP!

Assertiveness:the ability to formulate and communicate one’s own thoughts, opinions and wishes in a clear, direct and non-aggressive way

It does not matter whether they earn their keep or not, this is not their home, and you want your home back. Talk to your boyfriend. Set a deadline. Stick to the deadline.

If possible, collaborate with your land-lord and let him suddenly decide he doesn’t want them there. They will have no legal choice but to go, and you can get your house back. Sure your boyfriend won’t like it very much, but if he’s a real man he won’t leave you or hold a grudge over sh!t like this.

tell them in a serious tone. and be for real serious and get there attention with a loud tone. just tell them how you feel. help em out
