How can I get longer fingernails ?
When I was little, I bit my finger nails when I was bored , scared , or just whenever I felt like it . and I’ve kept that habit . and I still bite my nails . Im trying to stop .. but its not really working .
Does anyone know any way to get them longer .. or does anyone know a way to help me stop biting them ? ♥

thats al I got and you go into a pharmacy and get this stop and grow nail polish and it has like a rotten taste added to it so if you bit your nails you’ll get a rotten taste in your mouth for a while to make you stop hope it helps
I use to be the same as you and what I do is put nail varnish on so when you feel like biting your nails you chip all the nail varnish of instead
You could put this weird gloss on them I found at the drugstore that tastes terrible so that whenever you put your fingers to your mouth you recoil because of the terrible taste, or you could just try taking your fingers out of your mouth when you realize they are there.
