Be sure to eat breakfast in the morning to kick start your metabolism. Eating (healthy food) and exercise will boost your metabolism. Drink lots and lots of water, it’s okay to drink juice (100% juice) Stay away from sodas. Eating is critical when it comes to exericise, not eating will decrease your metabolism. Eating will help fuel your body for a good workout.

all these girls are right breafest is key but one of the best things you can do is…

eat six SMALL meals a day eat every 2 hours nothing big but nothin like two grapes lol and make them healthy fruits and nuts like almosd are good or w/e and meats and chiacken and fish

Run and excersice, and a great way to stay in shape is to do some excersise before you eat, so your metabolism is higher.. and your body absorbs less fat… :]

Don’t Starve yourself. There’s this Tea, I think it’s Herbal Tea that will kick start your Metabolism. Don’t try it until you get some Research. Eat a good Balanced Breakfast. Like, maybe, eat some Waffles, (Special K) low calorie Syrup (30cal 1/4 cup) and a piece of Bacon or Vegan Bacon Depending on your Beliefs. Exercise. Just like Geriann said, best thing you can do. Period. Not up for discussion.
