sumtimes when im trying to do sumthing I cant do I get really pissed and I flip out on someone. sumtimes if someone gets me pissed I flip out on them. I have a really short temper and I need help controling it. recently I lost my sexy girlfriend because I knocked her friend out cold. they are really close with eachother since they were 3. I didnt understand there relationship and I took it the wrong way. I saw them together and I went crazy. she said she is sick of my shit and I need to slow my act or she is gone. now I feel really bad because I love her so much and I really dont wunt to lose her. she means everything to me so please if you no neway to show her im trying to change please tell me.
Dont be soo aggressive towards or infront of her..let her know u can change I wish my boyfriend could find away to contoll his anger..He got mad at me for something that was never said..and he hung the phone up when i was talkin to my friend..and i got Yelled at..Let her know..U love her alot and You'll change
