believe it or not the duct tape thing actually works but dont do it directly on your boobs like heres your layers: sports bra, tape, then a bra that fits ;)

Well, first of all I’d say to not wear low cut shirts that let the girls just hang out. You need to wear darker clothes that make you look smaller. Stay away from low cut shirts and opt for blouses that flare at the bottom which will make the eye go lower on the body. Lastly, invest in a really good bra that keeps your breasts under control, and not bouncing around everywhere. I’m not saying yours do that because I don’t know you, but just in general.
