How about Governor Palin

She has got 2 be the most gorgeous politician ever. But that interview with CHARLIE she didn’t know what da bush doctrine wus, she lied about the bridge 2 no where and non-directedly insulted Hillary with her “I bet he wished he picked a woman now” as if woman are just political game. Plus she is trying 2 avoid that bipartisan investigation of why she fired that guy 4 no apparent reason (da state trooper that should have been fired had done sum real dirty sh^t which probably merited being fired and a whoop a$$)

Kyra, just because you are from AK, does not mean you have your facts straight. The money from congress was never meant to pay for the entire bridge. The state was always going to kick in another $175 million. Palin was an absolute supporter of this bridge, and was more than willing to take the federal money to build it. It wasn’t until some in congress tried to divert that money to more needed project, like Katrina rebuilding, that it became a symbol of out of control pork barrel spending. Only then did Palin actually oppose it, because by then the federal money wasn’t there, and the state couldn’t afford to put up the rest. You can have your own opinion, but you cant have your own facts.

“look how many people McCain has gained JUST BY PICKING A WOMAN”

And you don’t think this is sexist? Hillary was a consideration for VP because of her qualifications, not because she is a woman. As you just said, McCain picked her solely because she is a woman. THAT is sexist.

“And as far as the Police Officer she fired, yes it was her ex brother in law, but thats not why he was fired, for one, he went to work numerous times under the influence and very wasted, and the MAIN reason was that he tasered his 8 yr old son on purpous!!”

So you expect us to believe that the govenor got involved in wanting a drunken state trooper fired, a trooper who just happened to be her sister’s ex-husband and was locked in a custody battle with her. None of that had anything to do with Palin wanting him fired? Palin said this just last month:

“pressure could have been perceived to exist, although I have only now become aware of it.”

Why would it even have ever come up to ever be perceived that way. Would palin have gotten invloved in a troopers misconduct if it had not been her ex-brother in law?

“And, Xoxo11, it wasn’t Palin who didn’t know the Bush doctrine, it was CHARLIE.”

Uhh… Ethmer, Did you see the interview? Gibson is the one who had to explain it to Palin. He even told her when Bush initially said it. Are you really trying to say she knew what Gibson was talking about?

Answer #3

Her voice is sooo annoying. I don’t know if I could stand that for four years. She sounds like my mom. Ugh. And she’s just too complicated. She needs to sort out the things in her life first. And stop lieing.

Answer #4

i hope you do not take offense,         To that that comes hereafter;         ’Tis only that it’s my two-cents,         Not one penny more thereafter. §;o)     Kyra,

She didn’t fire the trooper. She fired Monehan. It was within her constitutional right and privilege to fire him at will. It is coming out in the news now, that he was not working WITH her administration but was instead doing things behind her back and against her policies.

And, Xoxo11, it wasn’t Palin who didn’t know the Bush doctrine, it was CHARLIE.

Answer #5

your point being? the democrats will dislike her simply for being republican the republicans will suddenly switch sides because she’s republican (notice how they’ve randomly become feminists? even though McCain voted against equal pay for women, or Palin is against women’s reproductive rights, or McCain made a comment in oct 2007 about lipstick on pigs about Hilary’s health plan but now that Obama made it, it’s sexist) well… you aren’t about to convince anyone, so why bother?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me, she looks like a cross between Dick Cheney, Jerry Falwell, and an aging beauty queen.
