Is there really a way to buy houses without using any of your own money or credit? Which programs work, if any?

In most cases you have to have some credit. Generally, the better the credit you have, its more possible to buy a house without any money down.
If you negotiate correctly with the seller, sellers can pay your entire deposit and even your closing costs.
There are not specific programs per-se that I know of that work. Generally it is all dependent on your negotiation ability with the seller, and how desperate the seller is to sell their house. Now is a good time to do that as many people want to sell houses before the prices go down too far.
In some states they have programs for "first home buyers" where you can buy without a down payment. Maryland is one state that has this program. Also if you are a veteran you can get a VA loan with no down payment.
