Is there really a way to buy houses without using any of your own money or credit? Which programs work, if any?
Hello, My name is Benjamin.
I Personally, have researched many sites out there... And I'll tell you what, my time is precious to me... I hate jumping through hoops & paying out a lot for information that should be free! Its kind of a pain, when having to be set in a certain credit frame too isn't it? Maybe your like me, with less than perfect credit, Well...Good or bad Credit, thats not what should matter!
So, I've actually teamed up to be an affiliate with the North American Loan Network, to create a conventional, point & click, easy website to follow, this free service to you, allowing you to do business with valuable resources & companies willing to compete to bring you the best possible mortgage you can have, you are under no obligation, and you pay nothing for this information. This way you maintain the control over who you have to choose from, when buying a house.
In most cases you have to have some credit. Generally, the better the credit you have, its more possible to buy a house without any money down.
If you negotiate correctly with the seller, sellers can pay your entire deposit and even your closing costs.
There are not specific programs per-se that I know of that work. Generally it is all dependent on your negotiation ability with the seller, and how desperate the seller is to sell their house. Now is a good time to do that as many people want to sell houses before the prices go down too far.
In some states they have programs for "first home buyers" where you can buy without a down payment. Maryland is one state that has this program. Also if you are a veteran you can get a VA loan with no down payment.
YOU CAN I HAVE...
