Why do I get so hot lately and need to have it really cold in my room?

my face gets really hot…and then the rest of me wants to get warm…but then like…i get too hot if i do..

Perhaps you are getting sick? Maybe the flu, or a cold…along with a fever? Try taking your temperature, that will determine whether you have a fever or not.

It could simply be hot in your room, or it may have something to do with your menstrual cycle or hormones.

It’s really hard to tell you exactly why you are feeling hot lately, if it persists and becomes a problem…have your doctor check you out.

i am the opposite but it could just be you.

That sounds like a fever to be honest, check your temperature…and if you have a fever, then schedule a doctors appointment to be checked out. Your doctor may give you something to bring the fever down.

You could be coming down with a cold or something? Could be mood changes or meaby yoir period? It sounds like nothing bad to me, you might want to just call your doctor and let him know just to make sure its nothing sirius, if the temputure changes get worse.

Probably a virus, if it is less than 24 hours take some Tylenol- if it has been for a few days, maybe check with a clinic.
