Ok I am going to make a garter for my boyfriend for homecoming, but I’ve never made one before so what all supplies do I need??

you mean a garter for your leg? for your boyfreind?? is he going to be wearing the garter or you? either way youll need a needle, thread ribbon/lace and elastic maybe some jewels if you want to or you could just buy one
