It's bad to the point every time I breathe or swallow it hurts and I feel like I'm going to puke. And I cough rather violently. :/ I've taken some cold medicine for dry cough but they seem to have no effect.
In the Philippines and some Asian countries, they've been using a common plant called lagundi (not sure about the spelling). It's said to be the best herbal medicine for cough.
try drinking hot tea with some honey in it. This is supposed to help soothe the throat
Water sometimes helps.
