hit and fell to the ground
I got hit from behind and was knocked down to the ground and hit my head on concrete. Also hit my shoulder and ribs on the ground. The cops said I could not charge the man with assault because I did not have any injury. I went to the hospital and got checked out and said I was injuried. I cops still won’t charge this man with assault and will only charge him with harassment. this does not seem right!!! who is with me
Really? Because no injury? What about if you have witnesses? Did you go ahead with the harassment charge?
I know what your talking about I was sucker punched and isntead of him going to jail we both did and now I have community service the law is screwed up.
I agree with you,They should charge him for assaulting you especially if you weren’t aware of him attempting to,file a complaint at the police department saying you want something done about this.
