What's the highest I can raise my 1.3 gpa up to?

Hello! I’m currently in college. I messed up my freshman year which brought my gpa to a 1.3. I’m trying to transfer to North Carolina A&T for Spring semester 2011. So far I have 17 hours and can only take 13 this semester. For A&T I need 30 hours and at least a 2.0. So what is the highest I can bring my GPA to?

I’m kind of in the same situation, I don’t know what the highest you can bring your GPA up to is, but you can get it above 2.0. It’s very common for people to screw up in their first year, and you can redeem yourself, so long as you really push yourself.

if you have straight A’s its 4.0 for your gpa you can’t go higher then that even if you have all 100s

depending on ur credits. if u have enough credits in this up coming semester, u can get like a 2.5 most likely and get over a 2.0./ also my advice is try for a 3.0 or better. when ur trying to transfer if it shows that u improved greatly u’ll have a better chance getting the transfer/.
