hhey people I am 15 yr old lad just want to know how to loose some weight fast I dont want to be belumic or annorexic lol I just want to lose weight fast when I look in the mirror I see a fat blob and I dont think I am too over weight I hope lol

teenage_dirtbag, You should get a gym membership and include that into your daily routine. If you don't have the time or money for that, there are tons of simple workouts that you can do while watching t.v or in your room. Things like push-ups, sit-ups. They do help a lot. You should also make sure you are doing a lot of walking, choose to walk places instead of driving, etc. Its something that you cant expect results right away from, you have to do these things regularly. Take part in sports if you like them, they will definitly get you moving. In the mix of all this be sure that you are eating proper and healthy meals. Because if you are eating a lot of junk food, the exercising wont help. Whatever you do, keep it healthy and give it time. Be sure to keep a lot of liquids in your system aswell, drink lots of water! -ѕтәpн♥
