Try to get in a good sleeping schedule. It'll be hard at first, but pays off in a few weeks. Try going to bed at 10-12 and wake up whenever your body does. Don't go back to sleep unless it's earlier then 6-7 am. I have sleeping problems/depression and I wake up every hour on the dot, but I still feel rested in the morning since I have a sleeping schedule & by the time it's 10 at night you'll want to sleep again. Just make sure you STAY awake until the time you want to sleep at.
The only thing that helps me wake up is if something exciting is happening that day. I struggle to get out of bed, its just so comfy! Once I am up then coffee is nice.
My mums scream lol. She will go from pouring water all over me, to blowing a air horn in my ear. It works though. :)
i wake up to food. i'm not a fat a*s, but i look forward to eating breakfast. but i still have trouble sometimes.

my alarm clock. i usually go to sleep around 10:00 and it wakes me up easy at 6:00.
if i fall asleep my alarm clock but if i'm in and out of it the sun will wake me up
